Real Living All Florida Realty as we know it today actually started taking form many years ago. The Broker/Owner, David Bessette, purchased his first rental property in Daytona Beach at the age of 16. That started what would become an extremely diversified career in the real estate industry.
While working as a real estate appraiser in Orlando, David met his wife, Pamela, and in 1979 they moved back to Daytona Beach and opened their own appraisal company. In 1986 they branched out and purchased a property management company that had been in business since 1972, changing the name to All Florida Property Management. Then, in 1997, they purchased another company with offices statewide and became All Florida Realty Services, Inc.
On January 1, 2008, All Florida Realty Services, Inc. entered a franchise agreement becoming a strategic partner with GMAC Real Estate. Branches in Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, Melbourne, Daytona Beach, Ocala and Port Charlotte all became Real Living All Florida Realty. Services include residential sales, rentals and property management, plus commercial sales and leasing. The Bessette’s also own and operate Florida Insurance Concepts, American Business College, and the All Florida Referral Network.
David and Pam Bessette provide a strong foundation of leadership, ethics and integrity. They take pride in their family owned businesses which support family values and encourage community involvement. Team Members and Staff partner with the communities they serve to give back to the people who trust them with all their real estate needs.
As a Team we have been involved in numerous charitable organizations & functions including the United Way, Hibiscus Children’s House, Treasure Coast Food Bank, Attainable Housing Fund, Toys for Tots, Mobile Blood Drives, American Heart Association, Safe Space, American Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Safe Trick or Treat Events sponsored by D.A.R.E and a Christmas Angel tree for United For Families. In 2004 the Humanitarian of the Year Award was presented to Pam and David by the Realtors® Association of St. Lucie County, Inc.
David Bessette is a visionary and is continuously researching and implementing new, innovative divisions that serve to enhance the overall stability, growth and strength of the ever growing company while giving back to the community which has given him so much.
